Conjunctivitis : The bottle has medication that treats the same infection that you have in the eye. You can wipe off the tip and continue to use the same bottle.

Probably okay: I would try to steam the tip or otherwise clean it & not share it with anyone else. However, if it is effective in killing the germs intended it is not going to ruin the bottle. With the costs of these running tens to hundreds of dollars for a few ml I would not automatically toss it. You can confirm with your treating doc if desired.
