After you stop drops: Finish the course of antibiotic drops as prescribed. If your symptoms are gone at that point, you can wear makeup. You may want to consider buying new makeup, since that may have been the source!

7 days in most cases: Usually one week or at least 48 hours after all symptoms are resolved and please throw away the old eye make up.
