Depends on local...: Depends on local issues. In a city setting, where radiologists are readily available to read MRI scans, an MRI result should be ready by 1 business day, up to 2 business days. If waiting for old imaging studies to compare with, that would mean waiting until another imaging center can send old images over. Two weeks sounds plenty long. Maybe results are in but the doctor is busy and hasn't called.
