A member asked:

My lab report says microalbumin is 33.8 ..mg/l where as it should be jess than <20. what does this mean ? thank you !

A doctor has provided 1 answer

See below: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, the result is slightly abnormal. If you have diabetes or hypertension, talk to your doctor about take ace-inhibitor medication.
