Microalbumin: Generally, under 30 is "normal" but results may vary due to age, gender, & testing method. What other tests did you order? Are you diabetic? Do you have a history of kidney disease? Discuss your test results with your fp & explain your concerns so (s)he can guide you to the best tests.

Random urine sample taken at 8:30am fasting labs Microalbumin/Creatinine Ratio 383.0 and Microalbumin 69.6, his Creatinine is normal at 181.7. All other labs were normal. He is 15 years old non diabetic non obese non athletic does not work out.
