Yes: From an article from New England Journal of Medicine (December 1994) titled "Risk of Kidney Failure Ass. with use of Acetaminophen (Paracetamol), ASA, NSAID" noted that End Stage Renal disease developed in 2.1 percent of the people who took upward of 366 doses of Tylenol per year.
