I have an uti, i went for tests and it show that it is an e-coli, i have taken a few different antibiotics and it is not going away, i have been struggling with this for a few months now. is there anything else that will work?

UTI in men: Your profile says you are male. UTIs are uncommon in adult males unless there is an underlying urinary tract abnormality (stricture, stone, etc), after urethral procedures (e.g. catheter if you needed one recently). These problems can also interfere with cure. You need to be in care of a specialist -- urologist or infectious disease specialst, maybe even both. Good luck.
