Not just UTI: UTIs don't cause vaginal discharge. Whether or not you have had a UTI, probably you also have some sort of vaginal or cervical infection. Many such infections do not respond to the usual antibiotics used for UTI. See a doctor or clinic, preferably one who understands genital infections. Good luck.
