I just had an MRI done and results came back saying, C3-C4 disc osteophyte complex, uncovertebral hypertrophy, and facet joint arthropathy combine to cause moderate right and mild left neural foraminal narrowing. What does this mean?
Normal? Mild straightening normal cervical lordosis maybe positional. Minimal grade 1 anterolisthesis C3 on C4 and C4 on C5 minimal grade 1 retrolisthesis of C5 on C6. Degenerative change disc ridge complexes C4-5 and C5-6. Dens intact. No fracture.
Mri c-spine w/o contrast on 02-14-2013. Impression: mild left foraminal narrowing c2-c3. Disc ridge complexes c3-c4 through c6-c7 without central stenosis as described. Mild disc bulge c7-t1.
01/24/2023 MRI Results please help me understand what this means and is it serious? IMPRESSION: Mild to moderate degenerative changes C4-5 and C5-6 with moderate canal stenosis at C5-6 from broad-based disc osteophyte complex?
