Need iimages: Very difficult to interpret the meaning of that report without seeing the images, and without knowing why the study was obtained. Depending on severity, could be artifact (not significant). Transverse myelitis (inflammation of the cord) can also have such findings, but that would correlate with serious neurologic symptoms. Other conditions of the spinal cord also could cause such MRI findings.
