Spinal stenosis: It means there is moderate degenerative disc disease with spinal stenosis/narrowing.This would cause pinched nervesand result in neck pain and pain radiating into shoulder and arm.

Arthritic neck: Your description does not imply any symptoms or pain whatsoever. Degree of arthritis does not correlate with pain. So, unless you are having a significant problem, relax and continue along as you were.

I just had an MRI done and results came back saying, C3-C4 disc osteophyte complex, uncovertebral hypertrophy, and facet joint arthropathy combine to cause moderate right and mild left neural foraminal narrowing. What does this mean?
