Diagnosed with high insulin levels with normal blood sugar?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Insulin resistance: Normal sugars don't rule out Insulin resistance, because as long as the pancreas can make enough Insulin to overcome the resistance, sugars will stay normal. The high Insulin levels often lead to high sugars and diabetes, though, so working on diet & exercise & losing weight will help keep your future healthy!
