How can high morning blood sugar be corrected without insulin?

DIET, EXERCISE: And oral meds to lower sugar are the treatment of choice. At some point in time though, the only thing other than these will be insulin.

Insulin resistance : The source of high fasting sugars is primarily from the liver. Insulin decreases its output. Insulin resistant people don't respond so well to their own production of insulin. ⬆insulin sensitivity is accomplished with healthy eating, exercise, and quality sleep- making sure you're treated for sleep apnea if you have it. Metformin will help also. At some point Insulin may become necessary.
