Told i have pericarditis 3 days ago. back of neck (left side) is twitching all day and im experiencing weakness in my left hand (especially thumb). should i be concerned? follow up in 2 days.

Thumb weakness: Would call you doctor today and discuss. Could be secondary to autoimmune or infectious process with cerebral (brain effects) as well, so woudl call and discuss today or go to ER
