More than one thing : Your symptoms sound severe enough to see a doctor. At the very least, check for a urinary tract infection which is easily treatable. You should also make sure it is not some other infection which may be more serious in your pelvic area. A gynecologist might be a one stop location to deal with the different possibilities.
