Reflux: Dexilant (dexlansoprazole) interfers with magnesium absorption. All proton Pump inhibitors block the production of Co Enzyme Q which is necessary for the mitochondria to function. I recommend taking a magnesium supplement as well as 200 mg of Coenzyme q daily
