Many: Whole grains are a great source of protein, but the one with the highest protein content is quinoa. All beans, lentils, & peas, tofu & soy products, edamame, tvp and tempeh. Nuts, including peanuts, cashews, almonds and walnuts all contain protein, as do seeds like sesame seeds and sunflower seeds. Store-bought meat substitute products & seitan are rich in protein, as are protein shakes.

That will be diffi -: Cult for anyone to prove one way or the other. Probably the manufacturer can help you and if not satisfied with them, then maybe the local cops might be able to help.
I don't know anyone can help you on this forum.

Are there any side effects to taking whey protein powder? I'm about to start taking it and am wondering if there are any adverse effects?

Whey protein powder: contains very little lactose and so many lactose intolerant folks can use it w/out issue. If you can't, there are lactose free whey protein powders on the market. Make sure it is from free range cattle rather than cows penned up and fed hormones and antibiotics. Peace and good health.
