Basics: If this reached his stomach (he can drink water okay) then it will likely pass in his poop in 3-4 days. If you stew some okra & feed it to him this can form a congeal around the edges that will make it easier to move/pass through the gut. It would be visible on x-ray or set off a metal detector held near the belly. If he develops colicky belly pain have him seen.
