Had an ultrasound and physical both negative. enlarged right breast and areola.teneder if pressed hard sometimes. dr said ultrasound ruled it out as cause. could someone tell me if this is breast cancer? i'm 35 and male

Gynecomastia: Likely gynecomastia, which is benign due to hormonal imbalance. Sometimes it resolves by itself, but otherwise it needs comprehensive work up in order to identify possible cause and treat accordingly.

Male breast lump doc said that it was lymph node bit its been there for a while and is hard he said don't worry and come back in 2 months if still there should I go back and ask for ultrasound or can this happen and be normal im worried about cancer?
