Heartburn: Heartburn is usually associated with reflux of stomach acid into your esophagus. This is commonly known as GERD (gastoesophageal reflux disease). This is typically associated with slow or poor stomach digestion. This is why changing diet can effect GERD alot. Focus on chewing your food, and decreasing fatty foods and coffee and tea. Also consider use of glyconutrients, probiotics, digest enzyme.
