Fluid. Very rare.: No worries. Sadly, women still die in pregnancy, even in developed countries. We as a society can keep trying to decrease such events, but there are always risks in pregnancy. That is the trade off we make in order to keep having children and keep the human species going. For every 100,000 women who deliver a baby, fewer than 6 get an amniotic fluid embolism. Be lucky, and don't dwell on it.
