Dont worry: At 19 it least thing to worry about , In Western world it is rare complication , incidence is about 1 in 50 000 deliveries Almost uncommon at 19 yr old usually older females , who have several other medical problems . Speak to your doctor , some times you may even need professional help to counsel you to alleviate your fear . BE happy
