if women were to purposely birth a baby in its amniotic sac. wouldn't that lessen the chance of amniotic fluid embolism? i want a en caul birth

Pretty rare: En caul births are quite rare especially in live term gestations. The incidence is less than 1/80,000. It is fine to want to do that but important to understand that nature tends to cause the water to break at some point during labor.
