Bleeding gingiva: You need to see a local dentist for evaluation. Bleeding is due to inflammation. Pain is not always present when there is an issue. You may have gingivitis or early periodontitis.

Bleeding gums: Sounds like you're overdue for a check-up and professional cleaning. Bleeding indicates inflammation/infection. Black discoloration indicates tarter below the gum line. Please start with a local Dentist for initial care. Referral to a gum specialist, a Periodontist, may be indicated. You can't fix this yourself. You can maintain health once treated by Dentist. There are no pills/potions/salves.
