Vomiting n child: How old is your son? Is this new or since birth?Fever? crying? pain? There is limited information so would call pediatrician or take child to urgent care for evaluation today, may be gastroenteritis with risk of dehydration, obstruction, reflux. F/u/ today with doctor.
