I am tapering off of Prisitq while upping my dose on Zoloft. Today is my first day on 25 mg of Pristiq from 50 mg previously. I also am upping my dose from 50 to 75 mg of Zoloft. Should I be concerned with withdrawals?

Straight switch from Zoloft to lexapro (escitalopram). Doc told me to just switch without tapering off. Is this ok. Was on 150mg Zoloft going to 20 mg of lexapro (escitalopram).
Doc just switched me from 60mg Prozac to 200 Zoloft (sertraline). No taper of PZ, no titration to 200mg of Zoloft (sertraline). Stop P one day, start 200mg Z the next. OK Safe?
