My doc advised me pristiq (desvenlafaxine) 50mg od, zoloft 50mg od and risperdal 0.25mg od. i am feeling no effects. still in blues. cant even get out of bed. help pl?

May need to go to ED: It sounds like you are really struggling. Is your doctor aware of the severity of your symptoms? You may need a higher level of care if you are not seeing improvement. Recommend contacting your doctor ASAP to determine whether intensive outpatient, a partial hospital program, or possibly inpatient treatment may be warranted.. Go to ED if symptoms worsen.
