I injured my rhomboid muscle group in early 1998. i was given pt and motrin.no mri, pain would come and go over the years. some times worst than others. within the last 2 last 2 years the pain has increased and i feel numbness down my arm. ?

Neurologist: Impingement of a nerve root by a bulging intervertebral disc or spur may be present. An MRI of the upper back and neck would be revealing, but consult a neurologist or neurosurgeon first for evaluation and treatment,options which may include physical therapy and/or corticosteroid injections.
