Ice massage: sounds like you may have lateral epicondylitis ( tennis elbow) which often responds to NSAIDs ( ibuprofen), rest( from 'power grip' activities, a tennis elbow' brace' and ice massage. If this is not working than a well- placed steroid injection can be very helpful. Recalcitrant cases may require PRP injections or tennis elbow surgery( arthroscopic or open). Best of Luck!
