Bumped head yesterday and it kind of hurt my neck. its been about 40 hours. scared of paralysis. neck muscles are very tense. panic attacks all day.

Not likely: If you have not noticed any neurological symptoms yet, such as weakness in limbs or sensory changes, not likely a spinal cord injury. If you broke something that caused instability you would notice same issues with version movements. Recommend getting physical exam to make sure nothing is going on that say could lead to more spasms, even arthritis, but spinal cord most likely not threatened.
