I keep getting ill, about a month ago i had quite severe tonsillitis however i didnt go to the doctors or receive any antibiotics for it, although im better, i keep getting a sore throat and feeling sick. whats wrong with me?

Tests: You should have a throat culture to detect strep and a cbc and differential along with a monotest to detect infectious mononucleosis which is a cause of tonsillitis in young people.

Sore throat, doc says not tonsillitis 'yet'. Swollen and very dry tonsils. Water will not moisten them. Every time I swallow I want to gag.
