Go see your doctor: Due to your pregnancy, you need to discuss your options with your family doc or obstetrician, whoever is providing your prenatal care. Tramadol & Naproxen are category c while Ibuprofen is b. You need to discuss w/your doc if potential benefit exceeds risk to fetus. Also need to determine why your severe headaches spread to entire body. Influenza?
