Rashes with lots of bluish or purplish spot may be blood spots and could be life-threatening. Rashes in which all the skin blisters and peels off could be life-threatening. Sometimes, rashes have unknown causes. A primary care doctor or dermatologist can evaluate to find a diagnosis and treatment.
