Headache: described as one of the worst you have ever had deserves evaluation. It is doubtful it had anything to do with masturbation. If you are having any numbness, tingling, visual changes, slurred speech or weakness go to the ER right now. Otherwise get in tomorrow to be seen at your doctor or an urgent care.
