May be fine: Hemangiomas are usually benign lesions that only cause symptoms if they get very large or are in vital organs. Most require no treatment. IT depends where the hemangioma is and whether or not it is compromising a vital organ or likely to bleed. Hemagiomas can be treated by embolization, cautery or injection of sclerosant if they become symptomatic. Most require no treatment
