Could be a hernia: Pain in the center of the abdomen around the umbilical area could be muscular if the hernia is not obvious it could be a small one or it could be digestive like small bowel problem could cause pain in the same area for now specially in the abscesses of digestive symptoms you could use heat pad and take Motrin no improvement see your doctor
