Hi there, i am 4 weeks pregnant, i am expecting severe migraines for the past 3 days, can i use tramazac sr 100 to help with the pain or could it have negative effects on the development of the baby? kind regards

Tramadol : In early pregnancy may not harm the developing baby, however it is contraindicated in late pregnancy or during labor, as it may cause neonatal withdrawal syndrome, however I would still be very cautious using it in early pregnancy, kindly talk to your prescriber / obstetrician for an alternative, meanwhile, acetaminophen would be better if taken regularly not exceeding recommended dosage,
