Use w/ caution: You can use them with caution as the combination can increase your risk of seizures even if you haven't had a history of seizures before. Wellbutrin (bupropion) alone can increase the risk of seizures especially in those who are underweight, have a h/o eating disorders or a h/o head trauma.
