Prednisone? can it cause these side effects? blurred vision,or seeing halos around lights. i was only on for 3 weeks and tapered down. is has been 2 weeks that i am off and i still have blurred vision? when will this go away?

Depends : On the dose / duration, steroids may lead to or exacerbate cataracts, (if it is the case) common, and unpredictable. Treatment is available, kindly ask for ophthalmologist referral for evaluation, it may not be cataract, may be other unrelated issue to steroids, wish you wellness
