Issues with chronic uti and gross hematuria no underlying condition has been found. haven't had a uti/hematuria in 2 years, but recently i've been waking up with very bad flank pain. pain also starts with heavy lifting/lots of movement?

Work up needed: At a minimum an imaging study of abdomen and pelvis as well as cystoscopy will likely be needed. Stick with 1 doctor. Physical exam and history will be critical as well. Definitely time to see doc.
