Seems like UTI+-: Flank pain in female comonly asociated with kidney infection . All other symptoms are suggestive of urinary infection (UTI) that dose not involve the kidneys and in general is a benign condition unless is too frequent.

Although Dr. Donca is probably correct this may also represent kidney stones, and any time there is blood in the urine this should be thoroughly evaluated for multiple potential causes. See a nephrologist or urologist.
