No cure- just manage: Exercise is a great way to manage anxiety. Dietary changes like avoiding caffeine and limiting sugar intake can help. Herbs (i.e. St. John's wort, same and 5 htp) and vitamins (b complex, omega 3, vit. D) can also be beneficial. Keeping a journal can help identify stressors and can help you learn better coping methods. Cognitive behavioral therapy is really the best method.
