Have had small lump on right testicle for most of my life. its not attached to the teste but it rests on top. easily movable about size of pin tip. also have always urinated frequently and have pelvic/abdominal pain recently. what does this sound li?

Sounds like it's...: It's time to see the doctor. A college guy may not have gotten a routine check-up since high school... so this is an opportunity to call for a check-up plus specifically look at the testes and scrotum. Urinated frequently means different things to different people. The doctor will ask how many times a day, how long between times, what happens asleep at night,... and will likely order a urine test.
