I have not had a bm in 12 days i took ex lax dulcolax enemas and citrate and nothing what should i do its been 4.5 hours since i took a whole bottle of citrate ?

Doctor can examine: Twelve days is a long time. The concern is regarding the cause of the constipation. One's primary care doctor can look for the cause, and if nothing serious is found, then an enema and/or prescription meds like Linzess may help. A GI specialist (the one who does colonoscopies) can also be helpful in evaluating chronic constipation symptoms.
