No bm in 6 days. took miralax x 2 days, dulcolax x 3 doses and had some result with saline enema and mineral oil supp. stomach distended, still passing gas, but no urge to go. no nausea or pain. few bowel sounds with stethoscope ?

Impacted: I think you've done all you can to relieve what may be a fecal impaction. The abdominal distension suggests partial intestinal obstruction as you are able to pass gas. I would expect some abdominal cramping. A rectal examination is needed and if you are impacted, manual disimpaction is required and is performed by the physician or a nurse under the physicians direction. Either way, get checked.
