Time for evaluation: "Really high" blood pressure and "heavy headaches" means seeing her primary care doctor for evaluation to be sure she is not having dangerous symptoms. Her primary care doctor may refer her straight to the ER if symptoms sound dangerous. If unable to contact her doctor, she can call 911 (or local emergency number) to be taken to the ER. "Really high" blood pressure can be really bad.
