Symtoms of HBP: Headache is a common symptom from hbp. Also, low heart rate is a reflex caused by the hbp. 155/100 is high (if you took it correctly)and you need to have it checked.

Control BP: Blood pressure usually dont cause headache until the diastolic number(lower number) goes above 110 mm hg. You may have other causes of headache. Again BP should be controlled. Also need to find out why is your pulse is high. I would reccomend seeing a doctor for further investigations and atleast an ekg.
