Pneumonia 3 weeks ago, antibios, seems cleared. days after, got flu w/ sore throat, had a low fever, fever is gone for 3 days, still constant dry cough with white and tiny bit of yellow phlegm, can pneumonia still come back at this stage?

Yes: It is possible to have another pulmonary infection or recurrence of the same infection, if the antibiotic did not fully cover the underlying illness. Please monitor for fever, wheezing, chest tightness and see your physician. If there is mucus production, they can send the sample for testing.
