pneumonia 3 weeks ago, antibios, seems cleared. days after, got flu w/ sore throat, fever gone for 3 days, still dry cough, can pneumonia come back?

Post viral : After the viral infection has resolved, the airway may be sensitized and symptoms of prolonged cough, wheezing and chest tightness may occur. If the cough lingers more than 2 to 3 weeks or there is sudden fever, please see your PCP. Secondary pneumonia may occur and there can be consecutive infections of the respiratory tract.
