Which one of this 2 non-invasing imaging tests is better in detecting and diagnosing a very small <3mm pancreatic body cyst: abdominal mri with contrast or mrcp with contrast? i heard the best is ercp, but is invasive(through mouth).just curious .

MRCP: Both the MRCP and MRI abdominal with contrast are magnetic imaging tests. The MRCP focuses all of the imaging on the bile ducts, liver and pancreas, whereas the MRI abdominal scans the full abdomen. They can be done at the same time. The ERCP allows the doctor to perform a treatment as well as diagnose, such as remove a stone that is blocking the bile duct or dilate a narrowed duct. I
